Life and times in the DMV with James Lumpkin

streetroachpics:

Apparently this 18-minute “documentary film preview” is just a look at some of the archival footage and photos that the actual documentary will feature along with what I’m guessing will be a more explicit narrative revolving around Jimmy Lumpkin and his side-car ride through fame next to Ginuwine (government: Elgin Baylor Lumpkin). Notable cameos run the range from Alonzo Mourning and Missy Elliot to Lil Ray Leonard and the Mighty Poppalots, whom some may remember from their seminal 1984 break dancing how-to, Breaking With The Mighty Poppalots: Do Not Try This At Home.
